Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns:
   • Items must be in new, unopened condition with the original packaging.
   • If the item was received damaged, please notify us immediately.
     • Important: Mens Delay may occasionally break a part during shipping, but this does not affect the product’s functionality, and returns cannot be made for this reason.
   • If you received an incorrect item, we will be happy to assist with a return.
2. Non-Returnable Items:
   • Opened items cannot be returned.
   • Products cannot be returned simply because you no longer wish to keep them.
3. Return Process:

   • Include the following details in your email:
     • Your name
     • Order number
     • Email address
     • Contact phone number
     • Reason for the return

Once we receive your request, we’ll provide you with further instructions. Please note that postage fees are non-refundable.
